I’ve stayed here a couple of times when attending a convention as the location is really handy, and I’m a Hyatt loyalist. It is walking distance for the convention center. Rooms are really nice and clean. I had a king room, clean, nice seating area, clean bathroom, etc. breakfast was good but I think Hyatt Place everywhere in the USA need to improve their coffee game. The breakfast coffee tasted like it was sitting for several hours, and when I got mine at 8am it was really toward the end of the pot and needed changing out. The room coffee is generic. Though I did notice some Starbucks taps, behind the bar for cold brew and nitro Starbucks. I didn’t try them, as I wanted hot coffee. I think Hyatt places need to improve their in room, coffee, machine, and brand other than that no complaints. I bring my own portable coffee maker and coffee and will continue to stay here when I’m St. George Utah. Limited good food options within walking distance in this area so delivery apps may be your friend if you don’t have a car.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was also very friendly. The breakfast was great and exceeded our expectations. I do have a complaint though. Other hotels we’ve stayed at had the doors slow as they closed or got close to being closed. However, the door we had slammed close every time we used it. This made it hard and dangerous to bring items into our room, and to use with our dog or small child, as we often had our hands full. I’m not sure if this was an issue with all the doors or just ours, but it was quite annoying. As for the free coffee, I have some feedback and suggestions. My wife and I loved the free coffee that was provided in the lobby. However, we were quite disappointed when we learned that this coffee was only available during breakfast hours. It would have been amazing to have the disposable coffee cups and coffee kept out until at least the afternoon. This simple addition could have really improved the quality of our stay. The free coffee provided in the hotel room wasn’t good and I couldn’t even drink more than a sip. The provided coffee maker was cheap and didn’t allow you to use with your own coffee or coffee pods. For a hotel that advertised free coffee, I certainly expected more with this as I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels and they at least have a basic coffee maker that works with coffee pods. Other than those complaints, we would consider using Hyatt again for our stay in St. George.

Really nice hotel. Clean, new and well maintained. My kids loved the pool. I appreciate that it was shaded for most of the day. The gym was great with plenty of equipment to use. My only complaint was that I booked a handicap accessible room. The day before my stay, I called to confirm that we were indeed in an accessible room. When we checked in, they didn’t have an accessible room for us. This was very upsetting. Luckily they were able to move us to an accessible room the next day and for the remainder of our stay.

I had an outstanding experience at the Hyatt Place in St. George, Utah, and I’m compelled to share my satisfaction. Our late-night arrival at 3 AM could have been a hassle, but thanks to the Hyatt app, we were able to check into our room seamlessly without needing to interact with the front desk. This convenience was a lifesaver, allowing us to promptly settle in and rest. The hotel offered free parking, which was a welcome amenity, especially after a long journey. Our room was impeccably clean, meeting and exceeding the high standards I’ve come to expect from Hyatt properties. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided the perfect environment to relax and recharge. The staff at Hyatt Place St. George deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was not just friendly but genuinely helpful. On the day of our checkout, we planned a trip to Zion National Park and didn’t want to leave our suitcases in the rental car. The staff graciously offered to store our luggage in a secure space, allowing us to enjoy our excursion without any worries. Picking up our luggage on the way back to Vegas was effortless and convenient. In summary, our stay at Hyatt Place St. George was thoroughly enjoyable. The combination of tech-savvy conveniences, excellent amenities, top-notch cleanliness, and outstanding customer service made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future. A truly 5-star experience!

This hotel has been great. My family stayed 3 nights for a wedding. Everything was in order and the property is neat, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was good with good variety. It's family and pretty friendly. They even have a water bottle refill station which is a nice touch. I'd consider staying here again in the future.

This is the only place I stay when I am in St George. The rooms are big enough to accommodate my family. Two queen beds plus the pullout bed in the couch is perfect. The mini-fridge was a little disappointing since it would only cool food - would not keep food cold. The breakfast rotates and is great for many different tastes. The lobby has many seating options and a business center. We didn't use the pool on our most recent stay but it has never disappointed in the past. We will be back next time we are in town.

Great location right next to the convention center, we didn't even need to move our car. Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff was incredibly friendly. Dealt with 4 different desk staff members during a 5-day stay and every one was pleasant and eager to be helpful (Shout out specifically to Tyler and Jennifer). Breakfast was good and has a nice evening atmosphere in the lobby to relax with a beer or glass of wine at the end of the day. Will totally stay here again.

Stayed overnight so we could go to an open house tour the next day. It was extremely nice. Not too far off a new freeway exit. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had. There were real utensils instead of the plastic ones and glasses to use for the juices. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely situated. I did find it odd that for a more recently built hotel, there were very few USB charging ports in the room.
